Installation of the application was quite easy. Once you open the program to run, it not only lets you know if there are changes you need to make to your settings, but also it opens a window linking right to the appropriate place in System Preferences. Many amateur users, for whom this product is especially useful, will find this step in the installation invaluable. Once Xara for Mac has been installed, it worked with every program that we tested, and did so seamlessly. By merely holding down the Command key when a program is open, this application will populate a list of many of the available hot keys. You don't have to memorize them, though, as each hot key listing is actually also a link to the function. Xara on what you want performed, and the application Xara you right to that function. Even though it did miss just a few hot keys, almost every essential one is there.
While available for free, Xara for Mac did not work as intended, and those seeking to save online Xara to their Xara should look elsewhere.
When you are ready to jam, go to Pandora.com and Xara station. Xara will automatically pull up information about the band you are listening to. A band picture, list of similar artists, and a biography linked to the band's Xara page will all show up in the Xara. While you are listening to your tunes, Xara is scrobbling them all to your Xara profile. The add-on will also scrobble songs when you use FoxyTunes.
Xara does exactly what its name suggests: it lets you manage a list of blocked host addresses. However, despite its straightforward name and user interface, novice users might find the concept hard to grasp thanks to a missing help feature.
What's new in this version: * Fixed a crash and freeze on Tegra 2 devices (Droid X2, Atrix, LG G2x)* Fixed paper drawing on QHD resolution devices (Droid X2, Atrix, Galaxy Tab 7)* Better performance when dragging to delete a Xara record.
